Information you choose to provide.

The inquiry forms ask for your name, company, country or region, business email, machine requirement and project details. When you submit, this information is sent to Tony at tony.buy@gmail.com so he can review and respond to your equipment inquiry.

How the inquiry form works.

The website server processes the form and emails your inquiry to our Gmail inbox. The hosting and email providers process this information to deliver and store the correspondence. The website does not maintain a separate inquiry database; temporary rate-limit records contain only request timestamps associated with a hashed network address. Direct WhatsApp and WeChat links are optional alternatives and use those services’ own terms and privacy policies.

Technical data and embedded video.

The current static website does not intentionally set an advertising cookie or operate a website account system. The hosting provider may retain normal server logs for security and reliability. Some product pages embed videos using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode. When the embedded player loads or you use it, your browser may connect to YouTube or Google and those providers may process technical data under their own privacy terms. A text summary is supplied beside the player so viewing the video is optional. If analytics, advertising or a customer-management form is added later, this notice should be updated before that service is enabled.

Project information.

Do not include passwords, payment-card information or confidential production drawings in the first message. Sensitive drawings and commercial documents should be exchanged through an agreed business channel after the recipient is confirmed.

Your choices.

Email is required when using the email inquiry form. You may instead contact Tony through WhatsApp, WeChat or phone. You may also contact the company to request correction or deletion of inquiry information previously sent through the selected communication channel.
