Column-Type Integrated Panel Feeding Machine

Does a listed material mean every grade can be picked?

Each grade is checked. Send the actual grade, board construction, dimensions, weight and both faces; pickup tooling is matched to your boards during project review.

Source page: Column-Type Integrated Panel Feeding Machine

Does the catalogue speed guarantee my line output?

No. It is an approximate presentation value. Keep output discussions tied to the actual material, complete feeding sequence, replenishment and receiving-line availability.

Source page: Column-Type Integrated Panel Feeding Machine

Can I calculate the installation footprint from the listed dimensions?

No. The original presentation gives height and width but no overall length. Request the complete project layout and agreed travel/interface scope; do not infer the missing dimension.

Source page: Column-Type Integrated Panel Feeding Machine

Is stacked-board feeding the same as rock wool strip continuation?

No. This page describes pickup and transfer from stacked flat core boards. Prepared-strip continuation has a different incoming arrangement and placement task. Use the continuation input guide for that route.

Automatic C/Z Purlin Turnover-Arm Stacker

What is the maximum lifting weight per individual profile?

300 kg per individual profile. Choose MCZ-Z-400-10 when each profile weighs 300 kg or less; section geometry, tooling and bundle arrangement are matched to your profiles.

Source page: Automatic C/Z Purlin Turnover-Arm Stacker

What profile sizes does MCZ-Z-400-10 cover?

The supplied specification states C, U and Z profiles with lengths of 3,000–13,000 mm, widths of 100–400 mm, thicknesses of 1.5–5 mm and a “waist height” of 40–125 mm. Confirm dimension labels and the complete section geometry on your drawing.

Source page: Automatic C/Z Purlin Turnover-Arm Stacker

How does the turnover sequence work?

The profile is conveyed into position and precisely located. Gripping and placement complete the first layer. The following-layer sequence includes turnover before gripping and placement, repeating until the stack is complete.

Source page: Automatic C/Z Purlin Turnover-Arm Stacker

Can stack columns and layers be adjusted?

Yes. Stack columns and layers can be adjusted within the designed range; stack height and bundle pattern are set for your sections.

Source page: Automatic C/Z Purlin Turnover-Arm Stacker

Does this route include rock wool cutting?

Describe how prepared strips reach the continuation machine and list upstream cutting as a separate scope item where needed.

Source page: Gantry Rock Wool Continuation Machine

Is 420 m/h a guaranteed line output?

No. It is the approximate value in the source presentation. Sustained project output requires an agreed basis covering the actual material, placement pattern, replenishment and interruptions.

Source page: Gantry Rock Wool Continuation Machine

Do the frame dimensions approve an installed layout?

The frame outline is 5.20 × 1.65 × 2.50 m. Travel, installed clearance and interfaces are laid out for your line from your layout, obstructions and receiving conditions.

Source page: Gantry Rock Wool Continuation Machine

Is prepared-strip continuation the same as full-board feeding?

No universal equivalence is claimed. Identify the actual incoming material and review the column-type panel feeding route separately when the project starts with full boards.

Source page: Gantry Rock Wool Continuation Machine

PE Wrapping Machine for Sandwich Panel Stacks

Is this a PE wrapper or a strapping machine?

This page describes horizontal orbital wrapping of a complete panel stack with PE film. Steel- or plastic-strap binding is a separate machine and scope.

Source page: PE Wrapping Machine for Sandwich Panel Stacks

Does it build or flip the panel stack?

No stacking or flipping function is stated in this source. The packaging machine receives a prepared stack from an upstream process.

Source page: PE Wrapping Machine for Sandwich Panel Stacks

Is the load 2,800 kg or 3,000 kg?

The source brief requests a stack weighing approximately 2,800 kg. Its equipment parameter table lists a 3,000 kg effective load. They are different values with different meanings, not interchangeable ratings.

Source page: PE Wrapping Machine for Sandwich Panel Stacks

Does 5–10 m/min mean finished packages per hour?

It is the conveyor speed. Completed-stack output is calculated from wrapping settings, stack length, spacing and transfer and removal time.

Source page: PE Wrapping Machine for Sandwich Panel Stacks

Are film cutting, sealing and end-face coverage included?

These details are specified with your required film and finished-package standard before quotation.

Source page: PE Wrapping Machine for Sandwich Panel Stacks

What is the maximum package height?

The documented configuration has a 1,200 mm package height. The machine’s 2,600 mm external height and the upstream stacker’s 2.5 m stacking height are separate values. Request the passage drawing for your complete bundle; a 1,250 mm bundle is 50 mm above the documented package height.

Source page: PE Wrapping Machine for Sandwich Panel Stacks

Can it connect directly to a CSM stacker?

A connection is a project integration question, not an automatic compatibility claim. Confirm stack dimensions and weight, transfer height, conveyor layout, controls and responsibility at both sides of the handover.

Can the download sheet approve weld quality?

The blank sheets organise purchasing information and evidence responsibilities. Welding settings and acceptance limits are set in the agreed protocol and reports.

Source page: Automatic Purlin Cleat Plate Welding Machine

Robotic Rock Wool Continuation Machine

Does ±0.05 mm mean rock wool is placed that accurately?

The presentation lists ±0.05 mm repeat positioning and, separately, 1 mm continuation accuracy. The finished-panel tolerance is defined with your project measurement conditions.

Source page: Robotic Rock Wool Continuation Machine

Can the machine always carry 30 kg of rock wool?

Ask what the stated maximum payload covers and request the proposed tooling, mounting, carried material and attached-items load summary.

Source page: Robotic Rock Wool Continuation Machine

Does the working radius approve the complete cell layout?

The radius and equipment outline are presentation values. Send the actual pickup and receiving positions, tooling, material and layout revision, and the cell is laid out for your line.

Source page: Robotic Rock Wool Continuation Machine

Is approximately 400 m/h sustainable project output?

Not automatically. It is the nominal presentation figure. A project response needs a stated material, pattern and timing basis, including how replenishment, changeovers and receiving-line interruptions are treated.

Source page: Robotic Rock Wool Continuation Machine

Sandwich Panel Stackers

How does the stacker synchronize with the sandwich panel production line speed?

The stacker does not need to run continuously at exactly the same speed as the sandwich panel production machine.

After the panel is produced and cut to length, it enters the stacker infeed conveyor. The conveyor accelerates and transfers the panel to the pickup position under the stacking gripper. When the position sensor detects the panel, the conveyor stops automatically. The gripper then picks up the panel and completes the required turnover and stacking operation.

Source page: Sandwich Panel Stackers

Which solution should I discuss?

For 2,500–12,000 mm panels, discuss the 20261007 single unit with stacking only or turnover plus stacking. Above 12 m without turnover, request a project review of single-unit stacking. Above 12 m with turnover, discuss two synchronized linked units. Width, weight, thickness, material and profile must also be confirmed.

Source page: Sandwich Panel Stackers

What is the maximum individual panel working weight?

The standard single-unit 20261007 machine has a maximum individual panel working weight of 240 kg; heavier panels are handled with a customized configuration. Panel width, thickness, core, profile and handling sequence are matched to your line.

Source page: Sandwich Panel Stackers

Does the 12 m range mean longer panels cannot be stacked?

It describes the single-unit normal turnover and stacking range. Longer-panel stacking-only configurations are reviewed for each project.

Source page: Sandwich Panel Stackers

What must be confirmed for the dual-unit solution?

Maximum panel length, width, weight and thickness combinations, core and profile compatibility, unit spacing and support, synchronization, cycle rate, stack height, controls and site interfaces are configured for each project. The video shows the synchronized process.

Source page: Sandwich Panel Stackers

Does the 2,500 mm stack height apply to dual units?

That figure is documented for the 20261007 single unit. Confirm the target stack height and permitted panel combinations separately for a synchronized dual-unit proposal.

Source page: Sandwich Panel Stackers

Does stacking include wrapping and finished-bundle removal?

Only when the quotation explicitly includes those tasks and equipment. Supply the required stack arrangement, removal method and each interface owner separately.

Source page: Sandwich Panel Stackers

Can I use the S04 gantry vacuum stacker ratings for S01?

They are separate catalogue machines with their own specifications. Send your actual panel combinations for the S01 proposal.

Source page: Sandwich Panel Stackers

Tie-Rod Cutting & Welding Machines

What distinguishes integrated and welding-only equipment?

The documented integrated configuration includes a plasma cutting station. Welding-only receives prepared components from upstream and excludes that station. Identify the actual incoming condition and itemise included functions before selection.

Source page: Tie-Rod Cutting & Welding Machines

Does welding-only always need less installation space?

Incoming stock, workpiece handling, service arrangements and downstream handover are included in the project layout.

Source page: Tie-Rod Cutting & Welding Machines

Which welding power-source package applies to welding-only?

The presentation slides disagree. The original disclosure in the configuration section is retained; this page does not choose between the ratings. The final quotation must identify the selected package.

Read the original package disclosure.

Source page: Tie-Rod Cutting & Welding Machines

Can the preparation sheet approve the assembly or weld quality?

No. The blank sheets collect project and evidence references, not acceptance limits or sign-off. Use actual drawings, the agreed scope and separate project protocols and reports with the responsible reviewers.

Automation FAQ & Glossary

Does a shorter cycle prove higher line output?

Agree the operation boundaries, workpiece count and arrival conditions first; line output is calculated from those records. Keep them in the output-claim checklist.

Source page: Automation FAQ & Glossary

Is a payload rating enough to select a robot?

No. Identify the tooling and carried items and provide the load-analysis inputs described above. A headline rating or reach is not application approval.

Source page: Automation FAQ & Glossary

Does automatic stacking include automatic changeover?

Not by definition. Ask about stacking and product changeover separately, and record each inclusion or unresolved item in the written scope.

Source page: Automation FAQ & Glossary

Automation Machine Quotation Checklist

Can I start when some project inputs are missing?

Yes, mark missing fields unknown and describe the current task. A preliminary enquiry can identify what is needed; it does not settle configuration, compatibility or acceptance commitments.

Source page: Automation Machine Quotation Checklist

Does a base-machine price include every conveyor and service?

Ask each supplier to mark the same scope items included, optional, excluded or awaiting information, then confirm the agreed scope in writing.

Source page: Automation Machine Quotation Checklist

Source page: Gantry Panel Stacker FAT & Acceptance Checklist

What if an extreme panel was not available at FAT?

Record the untested case and agree how suitability will be confirmed. Do not sign an untested product family off by analogy without the responsible team's approval.

Source page: Gantry Panel Stacker FAT & Acceptance Checklist

Gantry vs Robotic Rock Wool Feeding

Do 420 and 400 m/h prove a production advantage?

No. They are listed manufacturer-presentation figures, not a controlled head-to-head test or a guaranteed line-output comparison.

Source page: Gantry vs Robotic Rock Wool Feeding

Does the same brief mean both arrangements are compatible?

Each proposal is configured with its own material, tooling, layout and timing review.

Source page: Gantry vs Robotic Rock Wool Feeding

Is the robotic arrangement always the smaller installed cell?

No. Keep machine outline and complete installed area separate, including loading, guarding and maintenance requirements.

Source page: Gantry vs Robotic Rock Wool Feeding

Long Sandwich Panels: Stacking or Dual Turnover

Can one unit stack any length above 12 m?

Stacking-only single-unit arrangements above 12 m are reviewed with the actual panel, support and line, and the maximum and permitted combinations are stated in the proposal.

Source page: Long Sandwich Panels: Stacking or Dual Turnover

Does a 15 m panel automatically require two units?

Above 12 m with turnover, use synchronized dual units. Without turnover, request a single-unit stacking-only review. Width, weight, stiffness, profile and site interfaces complete the configuration.

Source page: Long Sandwich Panels: Stacking or Dual Turnover

Can I copy the S04 450 kg load or 20–30 second cycle?

S04 is a separate gantry vacuum machine with its own ratings; S01 single-unit and dual-unit capability is stated separately.

Source page: Long Sandwich Panels: Stacking or Dual Turnover

Does the video establish the final arrangement?

It illustrates a movement sequence. The project proposal must define the panel combinations, unit spacing, support, controls, performance evidence and site layout.

Source page: Long Sandwich Panels: Stacking or Dual Turnover

PE Wrapping: Stack, Film & Handover Inputs

What should I send for a PE wrapping quotation?

Send the minimum, typical and maximum finished-bundle dimensions and weight, a labelled end view, protective supports, film-roll details, the requested packaging finish, arrival intervals, conveyor heights and the removal method. Label measured, requested and unknown values separately.

Source page: PE Wrapping: Stack, Film & Handover Inputs

Is ring diameter the same as usable package width?

A bundle has both width and height, and protective materials enlarge its envelope. Ask for the usable passage drawing and operating clearance for the complete envelope.

Source page: PE Wrapping: Stack, Film & Handover Inputs

Does PE wrapping mean waterproof or sealed ends?

Side wrapping, end protection and fully closed packaging are different requirements. State the required coverage and storage conditions so end sealing and weatherproofing are specified.

Source page: PE Wrapping: Stack, Film & Handover Inputs

Does automatic mode include automatic film cutting?

Not necessarily. The supplied configuration states manual and automatic modes, but does not specify automatic film clamping, cutting, sealing or roll change. Confirm each function separately in the quotation.

Source page: PE Wrapping: Stack, Film & Handover Inputs

Can conveyor speed be converted to finished bundles per hour?

Not on its own. Record bundle length, spacing, wrapping pattern, start and finish operations, arrival intervals and removal time. The documented 5–10 m/min is conveyor speed, not an acceptance-tested packaging rate.

Source page: PE Wrapping: Stack, Film & Handover Inputs

Can a 1250 mm bundle use the published 1200 mm height?

That fit has not been confirmed. The requested bundle is 50 mm higher than the documented standard package height. Agree a revised usable aperture or a lower finished-bundle target; do not treat a small difference as clearance.

Source page: PE Wrapping: Stack, Film & Handover Inputs

PE Wrapping Trial & Acceptance Preparation

Is the trial record an acceptance certificate?

It is a blank preparation and evidence sheet. Acceptance uses the agreed criteria, recorded results and approval by the designated parties.

Source page: PE Wrapping Trial & Acceptance Preparation

How many sample bundles should we prepare?

Agree the sample count and job mix with the supplier, using representative production bundles across the requested range.

Source page: PE Wrapping Trial & Acceptance Preparation

Does a good-looking wrap prove transport protection?

Visual finish review covers appearance. Weatherproofing, load restraint and transport performance are assessed separately with packaging-test advice for your distribution conditions.

Source page: PE Wrapping Trial & Acceptance Preparation

Can conveyor speed prove packaging output?

Agree the measured cycle boundaries and include film start and finish, manual tasks, stops, bundle spacing and removal time. The finished-bundle rate is calculated from those records.

Source page: PE Wrapping Trial & Acceptance Preparation

Does automatic mode confirm film cutting or sealing?

Clamping, cutting, sealing, roll change and any manual tasks are listed in the written trial scope.

Source page: PE Wrapping Trial & Acceptance Preparation

What if film, supports or bundle construction changes?

Create a new run ID and record the changed revision. Review whether the previous result still applies and agree the repeat-trial scope; do not silently reuse an earlier approval.

C/Z Purlin & Metal Deck Stacking Guide

Read the planning notes

Our current catalogue lists separate machines for C/Z purlins and floor deck sheets. They have different workpiece geometries and handling arrangements. Selecting by material length alone overlooks the cross-section, support positions and required turning motion.

This guide covers factory outfeed and stacking. Building spans, load capacity and the structural choice between C and Z sections belong to the project’s structural design, not to the stacker specification.

Source page: C/Z Purlin & Metal Deck Stacking Guide

Read the planning notes

Show the purlin as it exits the roll former, including which way its open side faces. Provide the intended layer arrangement and bundle size. For floor deck sheets, show the profile, contact points and required face-up or face-down sequence.

ASC’s product page separately discusses C-section exit orientation, cycle conditions and bundle staging. These are useful issues to ask about; its supported profiles and options are not our machine specifications.

Source page: C/Z Purlin & Metal Deck Stacking Guide

Read the planning notes

Use the shortest production length and fastest actual arrival interval when checking demanding operating conditions. Include any time needed to clear a full stack. A nominal roll-forming speed cannot by itself establish how frequently the stacker must pick up a part.

Map the complete route from cutting discharge to bundle removal. Identify available buffering, the movement of forklifts or other removal equipment, and whether removal interrupts stacking. Required buffers and protective measures are engineering decisions for the actual layout.

Source page: C/Z Purlin & Metal Deck Stacking Guide

Read the planning notes
  • Which changes are recipe settings and which require mechanical adjustment?
  • What tooling is needed for each approved section?
  • Which components are wear items, and what part identifiers appear in the manual?
  • Which electrical and pneumatic items are included in the final package?
  • What evidence demonstrates the agreed profile range before dispatch?

Send a section drawing, minimum and maximum lengths, material gauge, individual weight, discharge height and bundle-removal plan. Different manufacturers’ parts should not be assumed interchangeable because their catalogue descriptions sound similar.

Purlin Cleat Welding: Drawing & Fixture Inputs

Can I request a quote with photographs only?

Photographs can start the conversation, but mark the request as preliminary. Final fixture configuration needs the agreed component and assembly information.

Source page: Purlin Cleat Welding: Drawing & Fixture Inputs

Does twin-gun welding automatically double finished output?

No fixed output multiplier is established here. A representative cycle also includes loading, locating, clamping, any required movements and unloading. Agree the timing boundaries and part mix before comparing output.

Source page: Purlin Cleat Welding: Drawing & Fixture Inputs

Where should trial documents be agreed?

Use the welding evidence preparation guide to identify the documents and responsible reviewers before the proposed trial. It does not supply pass limits.

Source page: Purlin Cleat Welding: Drawing & Fixture Inputs

Rock Wool Continuation: Project Input Guide

Does continuation include cutting slabs into lamellas?

Identify cutting and preparation as separate scope items and ask which equipment is included.

Source page: Rock Wool Continuation: Project Input Guide

Can I submit the same sheet for both arrangements?

Yes. Use the same material and receiving requirements, then add the arrangement-specific layout inputs above. This supports a comparable proposal.

Source page: Rock Wool Continuation: Project Input Guide

Does the feeder determine the finished panel’s strength or fire rating?

Feeder selection and panel-system assessment are separate. Material selection, bonding and finished-panel requirements have their own review.

Sandwich Panel Handling & Stacking Guide

Read the planning detail

Panel geometry and the intended stack come first. Record whether the product is a flat wall panel or a profiled roof panel, its length, width, thickness and weight, and the permitted contact areas. Then show the stack orientation required for storage, wrapping or dispatch.

“Sandwich panel” here means a metal-faced building panel produced in a factory. Installation lifting equipment, aircraft composite panels and board presses have different tasks and should not be compared as equivalent stackers.

Source page: Sandwich Panel Handling & Stacking Guide

Read the planning detail

Turnover depends on the panel profile and the approved stacking arrangement. Ribs and surface finishes can affect how neighbouring panels sit together. KINDUS discusses turnover for corrugated roof panels, illustrating why the profile drawing matters.

Our sandwich-panel presentation describes both turnover and non-turnover configurations. Send a cross-section and the desired stack arrangement before choosing between them.

Industry-level selection questions
MethodWhat needs checking?
Vacuum handlingAccessible pickup surface, seal quality, profile, coating, protective film and behaviour during the intended motion.
Mechanical handlingAccessible support or gripping areas, edge condition, part stiffness and clearance during pickup and release.

Both methods appear in KINDUS’s equipment description. Our tooling and contact method are stated in the selected machine proposal.

The current S01 product 20261007 has a normal 2,500–12,000 mm single-unit range for stacking only or turnover plus stacking, with a recorded 0–2,500 mm single-unit stack height. Over 12 m without turnover, request a stacking-only single-unit project review. Over 12 m with turnover, discuss synchronized dual units.

Dual-unit length, load, spacing, cycle and stack height are set in the proposal. See the long-panel decision guide and current S01 input guide.

Stack height is not panel thickness. These S01 routes do not change the separate S04 specification.

  • Actual wall and roof profiles included in the order.
  • The agreed size and weight extremes, including protective film if used.
  • Pickup, turnover where required, placement and complete-stack removal.
  • Surface inspection at the specified contact areas.
  • Recipe changes, count confirmation and operator training.

Ask for manuals and a parts list tied to the delivered machine. A generic online manual or an illustrative control-screen image is not sufficient for commissioning or maintenance instructions.

Sandwich Panel Stacker Cost Factors & Quote Scope

Can I use this guide to calculate a fixed machine price?

No. It identifies cost and supply questions. The configuration, covered panel family, delivery conditions and services must be confirmed in the project quotation.

Source page: Sandwich Panel Stacker Cost Factors & Quote Scope

Is the dual-unit price twice the single-unit price?

No such relationship is stated. Synchronization, support, controls, handling range and line integration require a separate proposal; multiplying a single-unit price does not describe that scope.

Source page: Sandwich Panel Stacker Cost Factors & Quote Scope

Are wrapping and bundle removal included?

Only if the quotation explicitly includes those tasks and equipment. Identify the handover, supplier and any option price separately.

Source page: Sandwich Panel Stacker Cost Factors & Quote Scope

Is a published staffing claim enough for a payback estimate?

No. Use your actual baseline and a confirmed proposal with stated assumptions. The site’s brochure case summaries do not provide a verified saving for your factory.

Current S01 limits and older references

The current 20261007 single-unit reference gives a normal 2,500–12,000 mm range for stacking only or turnover plus stacking and a 0–2,500 mm stack height. Above 12 m, request a single-unit stacking-only project review, or discuss synchronized dual units if turnover is required.

The older 19 August presentation contains 12 m and 13 m length references; the current model's turnover range follows the 20261007 reference. Identify the current model, motion and actual panel combinations in the proposal.

Ask for the permitted panel family, support arrangement and complete site layout. Dual-unit height, payload, pickup width and panel-thickness values are stated separately; S04 vacuum-stack figures are separate again.

Sandwich Panel Stacking Cycle Time & Line Speed

Is nominal cycle time the same as guaranteed throughput?

No. Guaranteed performance, if agreed, must define the panel mix, cycle boundaries, run duration, downstream scope and permitted interruptions in the signed specification.

Will the stacker automatically suit any line speed?

No. Review actual arrivals and the complete sequence. The product's nominal cycle alone is insufficient.

Does the 2,000 mm stack-height figure describe panel thickness?

No. Stack height and individual panel thickness are different parameters. S04 states 0–2,000 mm stack height and 50–200 mm panel thickness, subject to the project arrangement.

Vacuum Pickup for PU Sandwich Panels

Can it handle 15 m panels weighing 450 kg?

15 m and 450 kg are the stated limits; the combined case is checked for the actual panel, support arrangement and motion. Send the longest panel's drawing and measured mass.

Tie-Rod Cutting & Welding vs Welding-Only

Can both proposals use the same workpiece list?

Yes, use the same intended assemblies, but state the different incoming conditions and process responsibilities. Otherwise the scopes are not directly comparable.

Source page: Tie-Rod Cutting & Welding vs Welding-Only

Is welding-only always cheaper or faster?

No universal result is established here. Compare the quoted equipment, upstream preparation, handling and agreed output assumptions for the actual project.

Source page: Tie-Rod Cutting & Welding vs Welding-Only

Can I use general pipe-welding specifications for this equipment?

Heating elements, pressure piping, formwork locks and steel-structure tie-rod assemblies have different products and requirements. Use the actual assembly documents and the agreed machine scope.

Manufacturing & Quality

Which machine and samples does the evidence describe?

Ask for the machine reference, ordered configuration, tooling and sample drawing revision. Note variants that are not represented. A representative sequence should not be presented as proof of all-machine compatibility.

Source page: Manufacturing & Quality

What does a cycle-time or output statement include?

Ask for the counting unit, start and finish points, interruptions and whether loading, replenishment or full-stack removal are included. Nominal brochure values and recorded project results are different evidence.
