Optional preparation · keep actual values together

Prepare a useful project brief.

Start with the information you have. Keep units and drawing revisions with your values; mark unknowns as TBD. These preparation routes help a configuration discussion, not machine selection approval or a promised quotation.

  1. Choose the process

Use the machine/process field above. If unsure, choose “Not sure — review my line” and describe the step you want to automate.

  2. Record your actual inputs

Include workpiece dimensions and weight, incoming and requested finished orientation, output requirements and line handover. Distinguish observed timing from target output.

  3. Save and send separately

Keep your own copy of drawings and completed sheets. Enter a short summary in the web form; send authorised files through the existing email or messaging contacts.

Need a common starting sheet?

Use the general enquiry form, then add the relevant process inputs below. Blank PDF forms and TXT sheets collect your project information; the S04 product brochure describes only that model.

Choose your machine’s preparation route.

Feeding · F01–F03
Sandwich panel stacking · S01 & S04

S01 and S04 are separate machines. Do not transfer vacuum pickup descriptions or brochure limits between them.

Purlin and floor deck stacking · S02–S03

Use the relevant section of the shared profile input sheet; keep the actual C/Z or floor deck drawing and orientation requirements.

Component welding · W01–W02

A few questions before sending.

Do I need every measurement before contacting CSM?

Record what is available, including units, drawing revision and the source of observed values. Mark missing items as TBD rather than guessing. Required web-form fields still need to be completed; equipment configuration remains subject to review.

Can I upload a drawing or video in this web form?

No. This form accepts a written project summary, not attachments. Send authorised drawings or videos separately using the email or messaging contacts above. Downloading or filling a preparation sheet does not send it to CSM.

Are input sheets operating manuals or capacity approvals?

No. They collect project information. Brochures belong to their named models; final configuration, operating instructions and any acceptance requirements must match the confirmed equipment and application.
