Manufacturing & quality

Fabrication, assembly and line-condition testing.

Understand the stated workshop functions, the documents to request and the difference between a machine demonstration and project acceptance.

The workshop descriptions below come from the existing website’s manufacturer-brochure summary. The original brochure revision, workshop photographs and project test records are not available in this public register for independent checking.

Attributed description · not independently verified

Three stated workshop functions.

These are descriptions carried over from the brochure summary, not a current factory audit or proof that a particular ordered machine has completed testing.

  1. 01

    Automation equipment assembly

The summary describes mechanical processing, assembly and complete-machine commissioning for automation equipment. Ask for dated photographs and records identifying the relevant machine and configuration.

  2. 02

    Steel-structure fabrication

The summary describes frame and gantry fabrication, including cutting, welding, assembly and dimensional inspection. A general workshop description does not establish the inspection results for your ordered frame.

  3. 03

    Production-condition simulation

The summary describes an area intended to reproduce panel-line conditions before dispatch. The samples, line interfaces and operating conditions represented in any demonstration need their own record.

Buyer document planning

Make the build discussion traceable.

This diagram organises the questions and documents to discuss. It is not a verified factory workflow, an engineering design, a test procedure or an acceptance standard.

  1. 01 · Inputs

    Identify the workpiece.

Drawing revision, material, incoming orientation and required finished arrangement.

  2. 02 · Scope

    Define the proposed build.

Machine, tooling, layout, line interfaces, options and exclusions in the proposal.

  3. 03 · Evidence

    Identify the records.

Machine reference, represented samples, demonstration conditions and open questions.

  4. 04 · Handover

    Separate remaining work.

Documents provided, site tasks still open and the responsible project reviewers.

The procurement worksheets organise inputs; they do not approve the design or confirm performance. Start with the quotation preparation guide.

Source and status register

What is described, and what remains to be checked?

A supplier statement, a preparation sheet and a project-specific signed record serve different purposes. Do not use one as a substitute for another.

Acceptance boundary

A demonstration is not a project acceptance record.

A video or trial may show a sequence for the conditions represented. It does not establish every ordered variant, sustained production output, site integration or approval for shipment. This page offers document-preparation guidance only—not instructions to test, inspect, operate or release machinery.

Keep four questions separate.

Record the source and open questions instead of assuming that a general brochure covers the ordered configuration.

Which machine and samples does the evidence describe?

Ask for the machine reference, ordered configuration, tooling and sample drawing revision. Note variants that are not represented. A representative sequence should not be presented as proof of all-machine compatibility.

What does a cycle-time or output statement include?

Ask for the counting unit, start and finish points, interruptions and whether loading, replenishment or full-stack removal are included. Nominal brochure values and recorded project results are different evidence.

Does a factory run establish readiness on the buyer’s line?

Not by itself. Identify which interfaces were represented and which installation, integration or commissioning tasks remain. See the delivery and support workflow for discussion topics, not a guaranteed service package.

Where should project acceptance decisions be recorded?

Use the project’s separately agreed protocol and records reviewed by its responsible parties. General website content and downloadable preparation sheets provide no inspection limits, safety approval or sign-off.

Next step

Prepare the evidence questions with your enquiry.

Include the machine or process, workpiece drawing revision, existing-line layout and the documents you want to discuss. Missing evidence should remain an open question, not an assumed capability.
