Column Panel Feeder: Selection Input Guide

Prepare core-board dimensions, surface condition, stack arrangement and receiving-line inputs for a column-type integrated panel feeder review.

What should I send for a column panel feeder enquiry?

Send the actual core-board material identification, dimensions and individual weight, photographs of both faces and a sketch of the incoming stack and receiving line. State the requested pickup and delivery orientation and the production task. A material name or board width alone is not a complete selection brief.

This guide supports the Column-Type Integrated Panel Feeding Machine, which transfers stacked flat insulation or core boards. For prepared rock wool strips placed repeatedly into a line, use the continuation project input guide.

All diagrams below are conceptual enquiry-input illustrations—not pickup approval, an operating sequence, a tooling design or an installation plan.

One variant, one connected record

Match the material sheet, both-face photos, stack sketches and receiving layout to the same board variant. This is a conceptual document map, not a machine sequence.

How should I identify the core-board material?

Attach the supplier’s current material sheet, grade, product label and sample reference. The manufacturer presentation names rock wool, silicon rock, magnesium oxysulfate board and hollow glass-magnesium board as intended application categories. These names do not approve every grade or surface for the proposed pickup tooling.

Keep original supplier terminology alongside any English translation, especially “silicon rock”. Do not substitute a different material because its trade name sounds similar. For mixed production, prepare a separate record for each material and board construction.

Which board details belong in the sample brief?

Both faces, identified separately

Name the two photographs consistently and state the proposed pickup face and requested delivery face. Record coatings, films, texture and observed uneven areas; this sketch contains no material or tooling approval.

Ask the supplier to define the sample review under its approved procedures. This guide supplies no vacuum setting, permitted load calculation or trial operating method.

What should the incoming stack drawing show?

Full stackNear-depletedRecord actual heightsPackaging / refill location
Show both ends of the incoming stack

Provide full-stack and near-depleted-stack views, supporting pallet or frame, packaging removal responsibility and replenishment location. The drawn heights are conceptual and are not machine limits.

Show stack orientation, supporting pallet or frame, wrapping and interleaves, and how the top board is presented. Add full-stack and nearly depleted-stack views with the corresponding heights. State what packaging is removed before machine feeding and where replenishment takes place.

Describe required single-board delivery and any observed sticking, damaged edges or variable presentation in the current process. Report observations without diagnosing the cause. Ask which preparation and separation tasks are included, optional or retained by the existing line.

What receiving-line information is needed?

Receiving-line sketchDirection to recordHeight / alignment referenceDelivery face / interface owner
Define the receiving point and responsibility

Mark the actual receiving height, direction, alignment reference, requested delivery face and controls-interface owner on your layout. The arrow is a placeholder for your direction record, not a machine motion instruction.

Provide receiving height, travel direction, requested delivery face and alignment reference. Identify downstream equipment and the party responsible for its controls interface. Attach the layout revision, normal operating timing, product changes and interruptions observed during replenishment.

The product page lists height and width, not a complete overall length. Request the project-specific layout rather than inventing a footprint from incomplete dimensions. State available utilities as enquiry inputs; the supplier must confirm the agreed configuration and installation documentation.

For an existing line, use the retrofit checklist to record what is retained and who owns each interface. Do not treat these inputs as wiring instructions or installation clearances.

How should I connect the input sheet to attachments?

Fictional naming example only—not a customer project, specification, approved sample or test result. Replace every example reference with your own record; do not copy it as evidence.

In the blank TXT, complete the common and column/core-board sections. Keep one record per material variant and use the matching sample and drawing references throughout.

Download the feeding project input sheet

Complete the common section and the column/core-board section. Add one material record per board variant and link every record to the matching sample or drawing.

Column panel feeding questions

Is this the same task as rock wool strip continuation?

No. This brief describes transfer from a stack of flat core boards. Prepared-strip continuation has a different incoming arrangement and placement pattern.

Does listing a material mean all its grades can be picked?

No. Specify the actual grade, faces, dimensions, weight and sample condition for tooling review.

Does the catalogue speed guarantee my line output?

No. Keep output discussions tied to the material, complete feeding sequence, replenishment and receiving-line availability.

Does selection confirm panel strength or fire performance?

No. This is factory-handling preparation, not a material certification or finished-panel approval.

Discuss your feeding configuration

Send the actual material records, placement requirements and completed inputs for a project-specific review.
