Which file should I start with?
Start a new enquiry
Use the common project checklist first.
Review an existing line
Record the actual installation and interfaces.
Compare quotations
Keep the same workpiece and layout baseline.
Add process-specific inputs
Use the matching section: welding, profiles, feeding or panels.
Already know your process? Jump to welding, profiles, feeding or S01 panels.
PDF form, TXT checklist or product brochure?
Use a fillable PDF to enter the available fields and save a copy, or edit the TXT version. Product brochures are reference documents for their named models, not blank enquiry forms.
Start an automation enquiry
Use the project checklist when you are gathering the first product and line details for feeding, stacking or component welding equipment.
Includes common project inputs and process-specific questions. Read the quotation preparation guide.
Describe an existing production line
Use the input sheet to organise product drawings, observed timing, layout references, stack requirements and interface owners. Fill it from available records and mark missing information for confirmation.
Read the retrofit guide before requesting changes to an existing installation.
Compare supplier quotations
Use the same workpiece list and layout revision for every supplier. Record included, optional and excluded equipment, output assumptions and unanswered questions in a repeatable format.
Based on the comparison schedule in our quotation guide. The worksheet is a purchasing aid, not a contract or an acceptance procedure.
Prepare a welding project
These editable text sheets help organise inputs and document responsibilities for cleat plate and tie-rod equipment. They contain no operating settings, pass limits or approval results.
Read the cleat fixture input guide, tie-rod configuration comparison and evidence preparation guide before filling in the relevant sheet.
Prepare a purlin or floor deck stacking project
Use this blank sheet to record the actual profile drawing, incoming and finished-stack orientation, surface requirements and line handover. Complete the common fields and the relevant C/Z purlin or floor deck section. It contains no operating settings, load limits or approval results.
Read the C/Z purlin input guide or floor deck turnover input guide. The shared stacking guide helps select the correct preparation route.
Prepare a rock wool or core-board feeding project
Use the common fields and the relevant continuation or column/core-board section of this blank text sheet. Record actual material, incoming presentation, receiving orientation and line handover. It contains no operating settings or approval results.
Read the continuation project input guide or the column panel feeder selection guide. Use the feeding overview if the incoming material route is not yet clear.
Prepare an S01 sandwich panel stacking project
Record panel variants, incoming face, requested turnover sequence, finished-bundle pattern and downstream handover. This blank text sheet is an enquiry aid, not operating settings or an approval record.
Use the S01 selection input guide with the S01 product page. For the separate S04 gantry stacker, follow the S04 support guide route instead of copying machine limits between the models.
How do I use these files?
- For PDF forms, download and open in a PDF reader, fill the fields and save a copy. Reopen it to check your entries before sending. You can also print the forms or edit the TXT versions.
- Add actual project values with units, drawing revisions and the source of recorded measurements. Use “TBD” for unknowns.
- Keep the same baseline when sharing information with different suppliers.
- Send a short summary through our contact page. For authorised drawings or videos, email tony.buy@gmail.com; the web form does not accept attachments.
For timing, tooling and quotation terminology, consult the FAQ and glossary. These files are editable planning templates; model-specific manuals and certificates must match the agreed equipment.
The page and field counts below apply only to the three project PDF forms above, not the product brochure.
Each PDF has two pages and 24 fillable fields. Add a separate sheet for long answers or additional product families; text beyond the visible field area may not appear when printed. Filling a PDF does not send it to us automatically.
Looking for a product brochure or video?
Product literature is separate from the blank project forms above. The existing English S04 gantry flipping and stacking brochure belongs to that model; do not transfer its specifications to other stackers.
Quick questions before downloading
Which form should I use if I am not sure about the machine?
Start with the common project checklist and record actual workpieces and line conditions. Mark unknowns as TBD, then add the relevant process sheet or request a line review.
Does filling or downloading a form send it to CSM?
No. Save and reopen your copy to check it. Send a summary through the contact route; the web form does not accept attachments. Follow the email route above for authorised drawings or videos.
Is a product brochure the same as a project input form?
No. A brochure provides information about its named model. The blank forms collect your own project inputs; they are not machine manuals, capacity approval or acceptance records.
Ready to describe your project?
Use your actual product drawings and line conditions to start a configuration discussion.
Discuss your projectReviewed 13 September 2026. These resources support project preparation; final equipment selection and operating instructions depend on the confirmed machine and application.
