Quick answers

Which CSM machine handles the longest sandwich panels?
The gantry flipping & stacking machine (S04) lists panel lengths of 4,000–15,000 mm. The sandwich panel stacker (S01) covers 2,500–12,000 mm per unit with turnover, and uses synchronized dual units for longer panels.
What weight limits do the stackers list?
The C/Z purlin stacker (S02) lists 300 kg per individual profile. The S01 sandwich panel stacker lists 240 kg per individual panel for the standard single unit. The S04 gantry machine lists a maximum total load of 450 kg.
How fast are the rock wool feeding machines?
The gantry continuation machine (F01) lists approximately 420 m/h. The robotic continuation machine (F02) and the column-type feeding machine (F03) list approximately 400 m/h. These are catalogue values; actual output depends on the complete line.
Gantry or robotic rock wool feeding?
F01 uses a gantry for 950 / 1,150 mm rock wool formats at approximately 420 m/h. F02 uses a four-axis robot with a 30 kg payload and ±0.05 mm repeat positioning at approximately 400 m/h. See the gantry and robotic feeding comparison.
Which machine wraps a finished panel stack?
The full-stack PE wrapping machine (P01) wraps stacks up to a 1,200 × 1,200 mm section and 16,000 mm length, with a 3,000 kg effective load. A line proposal links it after the S04 stacker.
Which machines are for steel-structure welding?
The purlin cleat plate welding machine (W01) welds parts up to 450 × 200 mm with two 350 A units. The tie-rod machines (W02) handle 2,500–9,000 mm rods with 70–280 mm diameters, as cutting-and-welding or welding-only versions.
